We offer state-of-the-art 3 axis precision machining capabilities to produce complex parts and components, often machined in a single set-up, thus reducing lead time, and increasing accuracy and productivity. All our machines are supported by SolidCAM, i-Cam and ACAD software.

Zenith provides precision turnmilled parts for critical applications in the aerospace and industrial sectors. We can machine turned parts with diameters as large as 300 mm, with 12 live tools on a range of turnmill centres.

For short production times and consistent production methods, our turning centres can produce a large number of small, tight tolerance precision parts relatively quickly, in a cost effective manner. We can provide turned parts with diameters as small as 5 mm, and upto 600 mm.
